IMPROVING THE PROGRESS OF PRODUCING OILS FROM COTTON SEEDS AT 
SMALL ENTERPRISES

ANNOTATION 
Selection of solvents in the production of cotton seeds from small enterprises. 
This article describes how oil is production from cotton seeds;including,the fundamentals of the 
theory of obtaining a grain of cotton seeds and the gossypol pigment contained in this 
oilseed,the method of pressing and extraction of oilseed oils,and an analysis of the data from 
the literature on the use of benzene solvent.
Key words: cotton seeds,extra petrol,gossypol pressing extraction,mineral and organic 
substances,vitamins. 
Cotton suds are rich in human animal nutrients (21%) and protein (23%). Unlike other butter 
suds, it contains gossypol C

pigment. The gossypol pigment is in agriculture and 
livestock farming has a very important role in human life, gossypol has two apposite views: on 
the one hand it is the raw material for the creation of highly effective. 
Gossipol is 1,2-3,0 in the pre-sowing area, and 3,2-2,53 in sowing grade. Today the gossipol
value is 1 kg/4838 dollars in the global, market and 4,126,140 in national currency. The 
existence of a gosspol for saucer in a few cotton suds makes it more complicated to process 
suds. As scientists have bun doing research for decades, it has not been created in cheap
technology of industrial purification of proteins, u technology that does not increase the cost 
of production.
