The U.S., Russia and Central Asia triangle: directions and assumptions
The article is devoted to the contemporary processes of regional development in Central Asia with the view
of external and internal political situation. Relationship Triangle between the U.S., Russia and Central Asia were
examined from several aspects. Firstly, the political and military interests of the U.S. and Russia in Central Asian
region were analyzed. Secondly, the relationship between the two countries in terms of geoeconomical aspect were
considered. Also, the article examines the strategies and projects of the two states with respect to Central Asia.
