One of the disadvantages of the traditional technology of construction of precast
coatings is the lack of special high-performance machines for laying slabs. As such a machine,
a promising design is proposed, presented in figure 2.

As the basic machine 1 acts all-terrain vehicle Ural 4320-4972-82M, carrying capacity
12500 kg, on which the platform is installed, length 6000 mm and width 2500 mm. For lifting
and lowering the plates used crane-manipulator installation 2 KMU IM-180.
Instead of the existing system of cargo gripping (hook and slings), a vacuum cargo
gripping device is used, which has a number of advantages, such as: the speed of capture and
release of the cargo; a rigid connection of the capture with the cargo, which makes it easy to
position it in space [5].

The General scheme of the vacuum load gripping device (VSU) is shown in figure 3.
VSU is fixed to CMU by means of a ring 7 and a sling 8. The principle of operation of
the VSU is as follows: the Capture is lowered to the plate 9, then with the help of the pump 5
from the vacuum cavity 2, the air is pumped out, the control valve of the capture 6 is in the
closed state. Due to the pumping of air in the vacuum cavity, a negative pressure is created, and
therefore between the capture and the plate there is a force of attraction. Then plate up, laid on a
sand base, open the valve control engagement, resulting in the cavity of the vacuum air enters
the stove is exempt from seizure.
Figure 4 shows the flow diagram of the precast coating device using a specialized set of
machines (SCM) with the proposed machine for laying plates.

The scheme shows that the use of this machine in the construction of prefabricated
coatings will reduce the number of processes (transportation and laying of plates will be carried
