the level of education of society as a whole, the ba
-
sic level of education for engineers and specialists
in the field of Natural Sciences. It is an integral part
of the training of modern specialists in all fields of
knowledge.
Physics and informatics retain the role of the
leaders of natural sciences and determine the level
and style of scientific thinking. Physics demon
-
strates the ability of the human mind to analyze
any incomprehensible situation, identify its funda
-
mental, qualitative and quantitative aspects and to
predict the results of universe development. Physics
helps to understand the place of the human being
in the world, his level of existence, his responsibil
-
ity for the future of the biosphere. The acquisition
of Physics contributes to the creation of conditions
for the transition to information society, as the con
-
tinuous development of Informatics, optical systems
and the application of information and communica
-
tion technologies are being improved and expanded.
The development of satellite systems, fiber-optic
communication and improvement of computing
and robotics, nanotechnology and space exploration
forecast the scientific and technological progress for
the next ten years.
The current problems in training teachers of
physics in tandem with informatics are caused
by inability to preserve the fundamental nature
of education. Lack of resources and weak techni
-
cal support for teaching physics and informatics
are the reasons to lose the motivation to acquire
them. Since knowledge of physics and informat
-
ics is an integral part of any technical specialties,
there is a need to strengthen technical education,
which should be based on updated approaches and
technologies of teaching Physics and Informatics.
Today, it is important to teach physics and through
modern information technologies, computer cul

ture. Physics is a fundamental basis for computer
operation; it is an area of computer technology
application. The analysis of the specific physical
object and computer models will allow the expand
-
ing of the range of tasks that a student can solve.
Kazakhstan faces the need to provide a new quality
of technical education, which will contribute to the
development of the information society and the so
-
ciety of high technologies. The reform of education
is being implemented. The first stage of reforms
was a systematic – conceptual, the normative one.
The subject teacher was forced to work mainly
on the basement of new documents and new text
-
books, however, the contemporary stage demands
the skills to implement the accepted goals.
