Substantiation of the obtained results including the productivity of the algorithms
developed by the author is proved through the application of symbolic logic method
and by means of numerous experiments on real texts and the estimates of teaching
The results of the thesis research were incorporated into the Information
Resources Control System of Computational Technology Institute of Siberian Branch
of the Russian Academy of Sciences and into the education process at the IT Faculty
of the Novosibirsk State University which contributes to the user’s information needs
satisfaction and suggests efficient instruments for academic process support and
conduction of scientific researches developed on the basis of the modern technologies.
Digital library containing the literature, dictionary entries, descriptions of personalia
and facts is created for support of the IT-training courses including ‘Informatics’ and
‘Modern Problems of Informatics’ training courses posted on the web-site of the
Novosibirsk State University.
The results of the work are used at implementation of project «Development of
Multilingual IT Thesaurus (Considering the Morphology of the Kazakh Language) for
the Information System of the Academic Activities Support» (No. 46 dated
12.02.2015); the work has been accomplished with the support of the grant financing
of scientific and technical programs and projects by the Science Committee of the
Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (No. 46 dated
12.02.2015).
