in  the  article,  aims  to  coordinate  the  activities  of  scientists,  politicians,  religious  leaders, 

economists, teachers, representatives of local governments, regional authorities, military, cultural 

figures.  Today  we  need  modern  technologies  to  stimulate  patriotism,  which  can  significantly 

increase  the  level  of  society  morality.  We  are  talking  about  a  long-term  strategy  for  the 

development  of  society  on  the  basis  of  patriotic  mobilization  of  resources.  Because  of  this,  a 

serious  scientific  and  methodological  development  of  approaches  is  required  to  understanding 

the  phenomenon  of  "patriotism"  and  its  foundations,  the  actual  content  and  modern  forms  of 

implementation. We are talking about the special management of society, which has not yet been 

identified — the management of its mobilization resources.
