meaningfully as possible, people must be competent in intercultural communication
and business communication, establish links with each other. Nowadays people have
the opportunity to interact with people all over the world to exchange ideas, methods,
and information through the educational and scientific, cultural programs.
The given article states out the essence of international exchange programs,
benefits and drawbacks, solutions to be taken to make the exchange programs more
effective and acceptable for everybody. We found that there are many pros of the
international exchange programs than cons. We conclude that the role of the
international exchange programs is great, they do not only satisfy the needs of one
country or nation, but the other needs. It is a two-way and complex process in
scientific-educational system.
