The child is 1 year old. My mother brought me to a general practitioner for a preventive examination.
From anamnesis: a child from 1 pregnancy, 1 birth. Pregnancy proceeded with toxicosis in the 1st half of pregnancy. Born on time, with a weight of 3200gr, height 51 cm. The neonatal period proceeded without peculiarities. He was breastfed for up to 9 months. He is not registered on the "D" account. In the maternity hospital, he received BCG and HBV vaccination. The rest of the preventive vaccinations according to the calendar.
Objectively: height-75.5 cm. weight-10.5 kg. There are no complaints. At the time of examination, the child's condition is satisfactory. The child is active. Physical and neuropsychic development corresponds to age. He tries to walk on his own, says 6-8 words. For a year he was not ill with anything. The skin is clean, of the usual color. It's quiet in the mouth. Nasal breathing is free. In the lungs, breathing is vesicular, there are no wheezes. Cor tones are rhythmic. The abdomen is soft, painless. Stool and diuresis are not disturbed.
