course of foreign language teaching of the students of the second and third year in the groups
of mining and smelting specialties ("Geology and Exploration of Mineral Deposits", "Mining",
"Metallurgy", "Cadastre", "Land Management", "Geodesy and Cartography") was done the in
progress. Resource and practical base of professionally-oriented foreign language teaching the
students of mining and smelting specialties was created. Degree of implementation: – resource-
practical base of professionally oriented teaching of a foreign language to the students of mining
and smelting specialties includes two remote courses for offline work, a media library with
electronic textbooks, teaching aids, audio and video materials, database of electronic language
teaching resources, educational and methodical manual, electronic teaching aid. Resource and
practical base of professionally-oriented foreign language teaching the students was developed,
and the results of experimental and pedagogical work can be used in the system of teaching foreign
languages in non-linguistic universities.
