Кəсіпорын персоналын оқыту жəне дамыту жүйесіне маңыз берілген. Қазақстан кəсіпорындарындағы өндірістерді білікті мамандармен қамтамасыз ету үшін қажет оқу-əдістемелік орталықтарды құру тəжірибелері жалпыланған. Мамандарды даярлау, қайта даярлау жəне болашақта олардың біліктілігін арттыру саласындағы басым міндеттер сипатталған. R.S.Karenov Problems of preparation and retraining of experts with the higher education in the world and Kazakhstan It is emphasized that in connection with intensive development of science and technology in industrially developed countries of the world the special attention is paid to system of lifelong training. The condition of training of specialists with the higher education in Kazakhstan is analyzed. Process of activization on transformation of domestic higher education institutions in innovative universities is allocated. The importance of system of training and professional development of the personnel of the enterprise is noted. Experience of creation of the educational and methodical centers at the Kazakhstan enterprises for ensuring the productions with qualified personnel is generalized. Priority tasks in the field of preparation, retraining of personnel and increase of their qualification in the long term are described.
