Purpose: organization architecture; management standards and concepts; principles of process management; information technology PERSONNEL.
Contents: In the process of studying the discipline uses information management systems of the organization of corporate type, information management system and information support of strategic management, balanced scorecard (BSC, standards of management of the organization: MRP, CRP, MRP II, system of planning and management of production resources (MRPII, ERP). the financial resources and accounting management system (FRM)includes a human resources management system (HRM), a customer relationship management system (CRM), a business performance management system (BPM), enterprise computing resources, and platforms.
Competences: he is able to work with tools for designing the subject area, applied and information processes.
