Требования к результатам лечения Регресс высыпаний.
Тактика при отсутствии эффекта от лечения При рефрактерном течении АКД возможно использование иммуносупрессивных препаратов: азатиоприна (В) [22] и циклоспорина (С) [23].
В случае хронического, торпидного течения АКД возможно применение фототерапии: UV-B или PUVA-терапию (С) [24].
ПРОФИЛАКТИКА При подтверждении контактного дерматита следует исключить возможность контакта с аллергенами, в том числе и профессиональными. Пациентам необходимо знать, что возникшая аллергия является пожизненной и даже кратковременное воздействие может привести к рецидиву дерматита.
