This article discusses the importance of the development of intellectual potential of specialists in different fields , in
particular, special attention is paid to their training in higher educational institutions . And also given psycho -
pedagogical conditions of development of intellectual potential of future teachers . The article analyzes the concept of
"condition" from the point of view of philosophy, pedagogy and psychology .
Тhus, the set of psycho-pedagogical conditions determined by the content of developmental qualities of the person ,
especially among educational institutions and entities, in particular university.
