Studying in the discipline, history of pedagogy works of military scientists and specialists, known in
the military high quality performance of professional duties, as well as its scientific achievements,
devoted to issues of military education and activity of troops we find their close involvement in the
process of professional development of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Of particular importance for historical and educational research in disclosing topical issues of modern
military education are works of Hero of the Soviet Union, Halyk Kaһarmany Army Gen. S.K. Nurmagam-
betova and Hero of the Soviet Union, a military scientist and writer Colonel Bauyrzhan Momyshuly [2,p.15].
Important historical and pedagogical heritage, written in the postwar period, many talented commanders.
They have begun to analyze the history of war, the role of the officer corps of the Soviet Armed Forces
during the war deeply aware of the role and importance of military traditions to educate young men [2, p.19].
History and time will put everything in its place. On the training of officers and exploits during the war,
wrote war veterans Begeldinov T. [3], Gabdullin M. [4], Kaysenov K. [5] and others.

To preserve the historically correct information for research training and highly qualified specialists in the
late 40's - early 50's history of Kazakhstan of the war for the first time became the subject of research in a
number of master's theses.

In the writings of «Alma-Ata Arms», «Alma-Ata Higher Military. Historical Sketch», «Military Academy
of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan» and other works to maintain the military history of the
country and the history of military educational institutions. These works under the general editorship of
Lieutenant-General, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor A.B. Tasbulatova [2, p. 17] reveal the military
history of the state and the history of the creation, development of military educational institutions of the
Soviet and post-Soviet period and the period of acquisition of our state sovereignty.
Important for military education Bauyrzhan Momyshuly creativity: his research in the field of
mobilization training, readiness, education and training of personnel, training command staff [8].
Since still are searching for answers military scientists and experts on the question asked: «During the

the government. In connection with what must be responsible for the organization of the preparation and
distribution of scientific personnel and highly qualified experts to form a sense of ownership in the history of
the formation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, creating «... personnel reserve for
technology-intensive industries of the future» [9].
Building on the above, we note that the results of scientific and professional training of military personnel
thinking big, in new ways, is a quality scientific training and the correct allocation of the National Defense
University in its military trained scientific personnel to places further service because «Proper placement
frame requires strict objective, business-like approach ...»[2, p. 16].

The importance of military education and recruitment process in the formation of human resource
capacity of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant-General A.B. Tasbulatov doctor of historical sciences professor

achieve some success in the construction and further development of the Armed Forces of the sovereign
Kazakhstan, only if one of the main tasks of military construction process will be manning ...» [2, p. 20].
The importance of the results of military training for the implementation of tasks set by the head of state,
Major General Urazov EL writes: «Preparing and issuing competent, highly competitive military managers
managers ...» is the result of higher military postgraduate education at the same time, this result is ... the
hallmark of the National Defense University, an indicator of its development» [15, p. 29].
