| Studying in the discipline, history of pedagogy works of military scientists and specialists, known in
the military high quality performance of professional duties, as well as its scientific achievements, devoted to issues of military education and activity of troops we find their close involvement in the process of professional development of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Of particular importance for historical and educational research in disclosing topical issues of modern military education are works of Hero of the Soviet Union, Halyk Kaһarmany Army Gen. S.K. Nurmagam- betova and Hero of the Soviet Union, a military scientist and writer Colonel Bauyrzhan Momyshuly [2,p.15]. These works under the general editorship of Lieutenant-General, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor A.B. Tasbulatova [2, p. 17] reveal the military history of the state and the history of the creation, development of military educational institutions of the Soviet and post-Soviet period and the period of acquisition of our state sovereignty.
