Modernization of social consciousness as a key ideology of N.A. Nazarbayev's political

The study of the ideologem is the main unit of political discourse is currently a relevant area 

in  linguistics. This article discusses the key ideology is the modernization of public consciousness 

which  forms  the  value  paradigm  of  public  consciousness  in  Kazakhstan.  The  ideologem  is 

considered  as  a  mental  phenomenon,  a  concept  that  implements  with  the  help  of  linguistic  means 

the  most  important  social  functions  and  forms  a  common  ideological  space.  The  material  of  the 

study  was  N.A. Nazarbayev's  Program  Article  "Looking  to  the  Future:  Modernization  of  Public
