Аnnotation: the article discusses the complex relationship between man and nature in the work of the
famous Kazakhstan writer, the holder of the title “Kazakhstan Enbek Eri” A. Nurpeisov. The tense relationship
between the literary hero and the native land as a human habitat begins with environmental changes. The
peculiarity of the relationship between man and nature in the novel-dilogy of A. Nurpeisov is considered as the
result of a literary and modernist search. Landscape illustrations in a traditional context are crucial for the fate of
the hero in the writer's work. Fate and human psychology at work are characterized in unity with nature.
