Annotation: The article considered the pragmatics of the vocabulary of leaders based on the analysis
of the language of the Address of the Head of state K. Tokayev "Constructive public dialogue-the basis of
stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan". The authors sought to find out the degree of influence of the
message to the addressee, the words that were given special meaning and their pragmatic function.
