| Position - E&I and Telecom Construction Superintendent of Production Operation Department
Act in a strategic role and support construction and commissioning to be aware of all key issues, project objectives and performance Verify and Conform to the below requirements of the NCOC project procedures Participation in life saving checklists and audits like Zero Incident and Safe Work as required by the project and implementations My task is only All internal and external on the sites of existing modernizations and expansion of NCOC projects Verification and Confirmation how a Job Holder of all planned Work Orders that PTW, Metod Statements are carried out in accordance with the Work Order procedure and with the Risk Assessment as the Task Manager of all sections Support security initiatives Contractor's oversight role to ensure compliance with Methodological Statements and Construction Plans Checking all technical issues (TQ and TE) as documented and signing all drawings with approval for construction and for Pre-commissioning Compliance with and maintenance of a quality plan in accordance with ITP and NCOC Specifications + Standarts Assess and confirm that non-food items are reviewed and open comments/non-finishes are closed Inform the Project Engineer and Senior Management of any performance and potential changes that may result in contract changes/costs for the Company. Participate and inform about civil and structural status in the weekly progress update Assess and confirm that the Contractor is following the construction path as specified in the forecast schedule Checking that all operating equipment is in working order and is being used effectively Verify electrical/tool crews are on site and ensure planned ratios are being maintained Participate for review and comments or approved of all new and current design work packages and documents and technical drawings Work plan planning Confirm that the Contractor is working in accordance with the Work Package and drawings Providing IWP status updates Maintain daily walk with the Contractor Engage workforce and respect while respecting all the etiquette that the trust and respect program is upholding Support during constructability/readiness checks to be carried out with the Contractor Confirmation that the Contractor is using method statements Coordination of all labor and materials Construction plan control; including schedule; quality report Accelerate and maintain the completion of all construction works in accordance with the distribution of work Our achievement - we have completed several projects in parallel, such as the modernization and expansion of the Reiboler on Tranche-2, the Telecom room in the buildings of the CCB and on the PGP, on the Flare line, participation in the full specified time on the overhaul of TAR-2022 + on the island "D" installation of the Spynel Camera in a very short time We participate constantly at all meetings both online and with meetings with different departments of NCOC and as our business partners All trainings updated to 2025/2026 жүктеу/скачать 0,52 Mb.
