Movies play an important role in my life and of course I like to go to the cinema. As for me it is an available popular form of art. And everyone can choose his favorite genre of film. There are such genres of feature films like a thriller, a musical, a drama and a comedy. To my mind movies extend our knowledge about people, about the world we live. But sometimes we do need something amusing, pleasant and funny. That’s why I prefer comedies. And there is no doubt that a good film gives us an excellent entertainment. Watching a good film with children helps us in upbringing. I think taste can be formed through the movies because there are a lot of films about nature, animals, and kind people. And I like serious films where serious problems of our life are raised up. Children mesmerized for hours before a television set watching cartoons seeing for the fifth time because it is interesting. And I enjoy seeing cartoons too. (153 words) The best film which I saw My favourite video film is “Titanic”. It tells the story of a famous ship, the “Titanic”, which sank in 1912. The “Titanic” was a colossal ship even by modern standards. Its tragic sinking will always be remembered, for the ship went down on the first voyage with heavy losses. The director of the film is James Cameron. The main parts in the film are played by young actors Leonardo Di Caprio and Kate Winslet. To my mind their acting is superb. The camerawork is fantastic, too. I’ve heard that they made a full-size model of the “Titanic” for this film. It’s a very spectacular film. It is also a moving love-story. I advise all my friends to see “Titanic”. The film was awarded 11 Oscars and I’m sure it deserves every one of them. (119 words) My favourite singer Justin Drew Bieber Justin Drew Bieber was born in Stratford, Ontario, Canada on March, 1, 1994. Justin began singing several years ago. When he was 2, he showed his interest to music and instruments, especially drums. Today he plays the guitar very well. He is good at sports, too: basketball, football, golf, hockey and skateboarding. By the way, he is left-handed. At school he liked maths most of all.2007 was a start for a young singer. He sang and shot hits of well-known singers on a videocamera and loaded his clips on YouTube. Soon admirers appeared. They were sure Justin would become a star. There Justin met Justin Timberlake and signed a cotract with Usher and later record company. Justin is one of the most talented American children. He dreams are to develop musical abilities, graduate from the college and sing with Beyonce and Lady Gaga. Besides, he thinks of Hollywood.
