Stage 1 (Practical). Present an episode of a lesson for teaching reading.
Stage 2 (Theoretical and Practical). Discussion questions and feedback on
presentations.
Questions for discussion:
1.
What was the students' age group? Was the presentation age appropriate?
2.
What was the topic of the lesson? What were the stages of teaching reading?
3.
Did the teacher use various interaction patterns?
4.
Did the students enjoy the lesson?
5.
Was the teacher positive? Was s/he confident?
6.
Were the activities/exercises effective?
7.
Was the sequence logical?
8.
How is the material going to be reinforced later?
