The aim of the research was to study the effect of gasoline vapor and cigarette smoke on the central nervous system of laboratory animals and correction with the preparation “Ecdyphyt”
Objectives of the research: 1. Study of the sources of distribution of PAHs components in Kazakhstan.
2. Study of behavioral reactions of laboratory animals in cases of acute and chronic intoxication with gasoline vapors and correction with the drug «Ecdyphyt”.
3. Study of morphological changes in the brain of laboratory animals in cases of acute and chronic intoxication with gasoline vapors and correction with the drug «Ecdyphyt”.
4. Study of morphometric changes in the brain of laboratory animals in cases of acute and chronic intoxication with gasoline vapors and correction with the drug «Ecdyphyt”.
5. Study of behavioral reactions of laboratory animals with chronic intoxication with cigarette smoke and correction with the drug «Ecdyphyt”.
6. Study of morphological changes in the brain of laboratory animals with chronic intoxication with cigarette smoke and correction with the drug «Ecdyphyt”.
7. The study of morphometric changes in the brain of laboratory animals with chronic intoxication with cigarette smoke and correction with the drug «Ecdyphyt”.
The object of the research islaboratory mongrel male rats weighing 200-250 grams. In total, 240 laboratory animals were involved in the experiments.
The subject of the research is the study is cigarette smoke and gasoline vapors, the central nervous system of laboratory rats, preparation “Ecdyphyt”.
The scientific novelty of the results of the study consists in: 1. 1. In this paper, the complex effect of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons from cigarette smoke and petrol vapors in comparison was studied for the first time.
2. For the first time in studying the acute and chronic effects of cigarette smoke and petrol vapors on the nervous system, the corrective effect of the anabolic, adaptogenic, tonic preparation «Ecdyphyt” was considered.
3. For the first time it was revealed that the corrective effect of the drug «Ecdyphyt” is more pronounced in cases of chronic intoxication with petrol vapors compared to cigarette smoke.
