From history of land management policy of nomads of the colonial power (on materials of the kazakh
districts)
In this article the policy of the colonial power concerning carrying out land management of nomads of Turkestan
edge is considered. The aim pursuing the imperial government in carrying out the Kazakh farms in settled situation
was annexations of the Kazakh fertile lands. But, at the same time Kazakhs the provisions which wished to translate
the economy on settled met various obstacles on the way. The colonial power, under a pretext that “Kazakhs can find
fertile lands and can carry out an irrigation system there” forced them will move to desert and semi-desert lands.
