General Provisions
2.1. The general rules of the competition Caspian Start-Up - 2023 (hereinafter - the rules) define the idea, goals and objectives of the Caspian Start-Up - 2023 project (hereinafter - the project).
The idea of the project is based on training and general progress that encourage emergence and implementation of quality ideas.
The purpose of the project: to develop entrepreneurial skills of school and college students, to provide methodological support and promotion of their Start-Up projects.
The main objectives of the project:
- search for creative ideas / projects;
- support the younger generation in the development of their useful and effective ideas/ projects;
- nurturing young and innovative community.
2.2. The organizer of the project is Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Chemistry and Biology in Aktau.
2.3. Legal entities of any form of educational provision (SE, JSC, LLP, IE, etc.) interested in partnership may be partners of the project.
Basic Rules
3.1. Publication of information about the project is carried out on the competition website, www.caspianstartup.kz, and social networkaccounts of project organizers and partners.
3.2 Project theme: “IT Start-Ups for Better Life”.
3.3. The project will be carried out in the following stages:
- online registration: from 15.02.2023 to 01.04.2023;
- first qualifying round: from 01.04.2023 to 01.05.2023;
- second qualifying round: from 01.05.2023 to 15.05.2023.
- submission of the final version of the presentations of the project finalists: May 30, 2023;
- The final of the project: June 2, 2023.
3.4. The project is open to school 9-12 grade students and 1-2 year college students.
3.5. Project format: online and offline.
3.6. Participation in the project is free.
3.7. A contest jury will be set up to assess the quality of projects, summarize all stages and award prizes for the best projects of the event.
3.8. Winners and participants of the project finals will be awarded with diplomas and prizes from partners.
3.9. The organizers of the project reserve the right to cancel, suspend, terminate or extend the contest, if necessary, without any liability to the participants and other persons.
