2. GENERAL PROJECT CONCEPT
2.1. Introductory part.
The scientific supervisor of the project is Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Elvira Tulepbergenovna Adylbekova.
Direction of scientific interests of the scientific supervisor of the project: professional training of future teachers of computer science and issues of informatization of education.
A new state program for the development of education and science for 2020-2025 was adopted, which reflects the instruction of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.K.Tokayev. The new strategic document is aimed at ensuring the quality of life of the population, achieving the global competitiveness of Kazakhstani education. An important factor in achieving these goals is education.
Therefore, one of the strategically important directions for the modernization of Kazakhstani education should be the transition to blended learning. The purpose of blended learning is to create an IEE, where the organization of learning takes place in a distance and traditional form, which satisfies the modern information society of the 21st century.


2.2. Objective of the project.
To reveal certain aspects of the application of blended learning models in the information and educational environment (IEE) to improve the quality of education; creation and implementation of an information and educational environment with elements of gamification for the course "Online learning in education".


2.3. Project tasks.
To achieve the goal of the project, the following tasks are set:
The following tasks are set for the next three years:
1. Research and analysis of psychological, pedagogical and methodological literature on the chosen research topic.
2. Determining the pedagogical conditions for introducing gamification into blended learning.
3. Development of content scenarios for the course "Online learning in education".
4. Development of videos and game simulators for the course "Online learning in education".
5. Creation of IEE for the course "Online learning in education" in blended learning.
- Development of teaching aids (paper and electronic online) for the course "Online learning in education" for teachers and students.
6. Conducting experimental work on the use of IEE in the course "Online learning in education" with elements of gamification in blended learning.
7. Analysis and evaluation of the results of experimental work on the use of IEE.
This project will be carried out taking into account the current unified standards of the updated program of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and will also be based on theoretical provisions on the relationship between training and development, on the Concept for the Development of the Educational System of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The results of the Project will support the State Education Development Program of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
