The article deals with the role of art and power speakers “words”. In the social public life speakers had sig-

nificant authority, precisely because of their ability to resolve disputes in Kazakh live land in peace and harmony.

Historians of our time were noted judges a huge contribution of speakers in development the creative heritage.
