Summary. The article discusses the ethnolinguistic characteristics of some anthroponyms of Kazakh
fairy tales. The semantic informativeness of many anthroponyms of Kazakh fairy tales, representing in
language one of the most important cultural concepts – the concept of “man”, allows you to open up the
accumulated in multilayer mythological data, which are transmitted in encoded form from generation to
generation for millennia. The concept of “man” is implemented in the texts of Kazakh folk fairy tales and
other verbal units, the semantics of which help to recreate in many respects the archaic language picture
of the world of Kazakh folk tales
