To identify the reason for conflict between the student and teachers 
from your own perspectives;
To make a guess about what might happen during finals;
To define possible solutions for the case by using strategies of 
divergent thinking;
Feasible inferences from the situation:

A teacher ought to inform students about his or her attitude 
towards cheating.

Every student has to know about the consequences of cheating.

A teacher should not react toughly.

Cheating is the most important problem worth to deal with.

Allowing students to cheat is reciprocally unprofitable.

To get high scores by cheating is the same as self­ deception. 
7. Fighting against cheating is better than closing eyes before it. 
Because when students can cheat, they certainly will not learn what 
they are supposed to master.

Teacher’s personality plays a crucial role in constructing teaching 
atmosphere. Contemporary requirements that any teacher ought to 
comply with are countless. By and large, the teachers of the 21
st
century 
have to be able to create a prefect image of one’s mentor and muse.
Above all, thorough knowledge, attainment of mutual understanding 
with learners and ability to find an individual approach to each student 
are stipulated for anyone who wants to be a teacher. Therefore, teaching 
profession is a formidable challenge.
Because of the fact that the establishment of student­teacher 
relationship demands much time, teachers and students might not get 
on well with each other at once. For that reason, it is deemed to be 
correct if a teacher starts to create a good rapport with students from the 
first lesson. It means that a teacher should be neither too humanistic, 
nor too mechanistic.
The aptitude to choose the right position at a time is the sign of 
mature reflection of a teacher. Consequently, too mechanistic teachers 
possibly will be regarded as insensitive people. In contrast to that, 
too humanistic teachers might be the cause of reluctant atmosphere 
among learners. It is understood that a teacher must exert every effort 
to overcome hindrances in teaching process.
