Because of the fact that the establishment of studentteacher relationship demands much time, teachers and students might not get on well with each other at once. For that reason, it is deemed to be correct if a teacher starts to create a good rapport with students from the first lesson. It means that a teacher should be neither too humanistic, nor too mechanistic. The aptitude to choose the right position at a time is the sign of mature reflection of a teacher. Consequently, too mechanistic teachers possibly will be regarded as insensitive people. In contrast to that, too humanistic teachers might be the cause of reluctant atmosphere among learners.
