In order to approach students individually in the educational process, it is necessary to know and study their individual-psychological characteristics, the uniqueness of the personality of students. "If pedagogy wants to educate a person in all respects, he must first know that person in all respects," wrote KD Ushinsky. Therefore, every teacher must be equipped with ways to teach students. So, knowing the basics of youth and pedagogical psychology is important for every science teacher, every educator. Just as each science has its own research methods, both youth and pedagogical psychology have their own research methods as separate branches of psychology. Methods of youth and pedagogical psychology are necessary not only for theoretical, scientific research work, but also for solving everyday, practical tasks.
