В разговорной речи в Past Perfect Continuous употребляются такие же сокращения, как и в
Past Perfect: I’d been doing, he’d been talking, I hadn’t been doing, I’d not been talking, hadn’t
he been doing?
Важно помнить: практически у любого английского времени есть и активный, и
пассивный залог. У Past Perfect Continuous есть только активная форма. Если требуется
использовать пассивный, то Past Perfect Continuous, как правило, заменяют на Past Perfect.
