My goal in writing this article is to talk more about cultural education provided in preschool educational institutions. The development of the spiritual culture of a preschool child is realized as the connection between kindergarten and family strengthens. Excellent results in the development of children’s spiritual culture can often be observed in families whose parents are familiar with the educational program of the kindergarten, listen to the advice of teachers, and the teachers themselves study the best practices of family education and the conditions of family life. Before explaining the features of the organization of the pedagogical process and methodological guidance in educating children for spiritual culture, the nature of the age characteristics of children is taken into account, which allows us to highlight the main tasks of each stage of preschool childhood.


Pedagogy considers the formation of spiritual culture as a purposeful active process of the formation of moral consciousness, moral feelings and habits, and moral behavior from the first year of a child’s life. In kindergarten, this process is carried out in the spirit of the principles of the formation of spiritual culture, taking into account the age characteristics of preschoolers. The formation of spiritual culture is reflected in the formation of the foundations of specific moral qualities.
