Annotation 

The article deals with the influence of the Golden Horde on the formation and development of the  Russian 

statehood and culture. This issue and to this day cause a lot of discussion in the expert environment. The number 

of  scientists  talk  about  negative  influence,  a  number  reveal  a  negative  impact.  Despite  the  difference  in  views, 

there is an unshakable conception that proceeds from the fact that the influence of the Golden Horde was, and it 

embraced all spheres of public life.
