Soviet Socialist Republic in the 20-30s of the 20th century. In the history of the formation of the USSR, the 1920s

compulsory and free. The schools teach the languages of the majority of the population of the republics. In the
1920s, secondary education in the USSR had a duration of seven years. The next stage was vocational education,
which included professional schools, technical schools and institutes.
In the article, the main attention was paid to the problems of the functioning of the Kazakh intelligentsia
during the formation of enlightenment in the 1920s and 1930s. Such as A.Baytursynov, A.Bekeyhanova,
