The author obtained the following main results

1. The developed linguistic support in the provision of scientific and educational

activities, particularly multilingual thesaurus narrow subject area, in accordance with

the protocol Z39.50 and modified circuit Zthes data.

2.  On  the  basis  of  the  information  needs  of  users,  a  conceptual  model  of

information system of support in the scientific and educational activities was developed

in accordance with the standards and DELOS DLRM and OAIS RM.

3. Developed and implemented algorithms:

3.1. normalization of words based on the morphology of the Kazakh language as

agglutinative language;

3.2. coordination of the space indexing feature, definable classification features

and key terms from the thesaurus of IT technologies;

3.3. thematic classification of text documents based on proximity to the feature

space, described in the key terms of the multilingual thesaurus of IT technologies;
