Anti-corruption education is related to educational rights.
Educational law - one of the youngest, still being formed, branches of law. Within it regulates relations in the sphere of education. In modern conditions in Kazakhstan education is curriculum seven levels:

pre-school education and training; primary education; basic secondary education; secondary education; post-secondary education; higher education; postgraduate education. In all levels of education, the relations developing between students (pupils) and teaching (teachers), have their own characteristics. Regardless of this, the subjects of education


Relations are required, within the rights granted to them, to solve common to the entire education system tasks.

In accordance with Art. 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education"


(July 27, 2007 № 319 III) challenge the education system is to educate the individual in the spirit of intolerance to any anti-corruption and anti-social manifestations.
Thus, the place of discipline "anti-corruption education" is defined as educational and legal, combining elements from different branches of law, taking into account the features of the educational process.
Main conclusions:
1. Education, education and training - a three-pronged process of education.
2. Formation of the intellectual nation is not possible without the organization of effective education.
3. An educated person - is not only a person with formal features of education (as evidenced, for example, a diploma of the established sample), but also a person has a stable civil position, adhere to the rules of regulatory law-abiding behavior, including - of anti-corruption behavior.
4. The subject of discipline "Anti-corruption education" has features that stems from its synthetic character, due to the complex information from different branches of law.

5. Goals and objectives of the discipline "Anti-corruption education" focused on the goals and objectives of the educational process as a whole.


6. The method of investigation of problems of anti-corruption education is based on groups of scientific and special methods developed and applied in various areas of law within the interdisciplinary connections.
