The distance learning system in principle allows to provide the opportunity to study at any distance from the
institution, openness and lack of formal restrictions on admission, flexibility, offering the education at your convenience
and at your own pace and at a lower cost than the traditional system. However, many of the problems of distance
learning is largely due to the crisis in the economic, political and social spheres of the life of modern Kazakhstan
society. However, for Kazakhstan, with its vast territory and population dispersal, the distance learning system seems
to be one of the key to achieve the goal - to be a state with high intellectual potential.
This article describes the current state of educational technology in the field of distance education, based on research
of Kazakh scientists.
The problem of integration of Kazakhstan to the International educationspace are in sight of Kazakh researches.
Considering the conceptual approaches to the development of higher education abroad - the researchers conclude that
the combination of educational systems based on such diverse conceptual basis - a characteristic feature of modern
international education community.
