THE PHD THESIS AND STATISTICAL INFORMATIONS OF KAZAKHS DURİNG 
1994-2014 YEARS IN TURKEY

Abstract:  
 
İn Turkey the PHD Thesıs related to Kazakhs are carried out. After getting indefendence 
of  Kazakhstan  the  relationship  between  Kazakhstan  and  Turkey  is  developed  such  as  on  fields 
social,  kultural  and  poitical.  The  depelopment  of  relationship  between  Kazakhstan  and  Turkey 
makes  posibility  to  make  and  develop  new  academic  studies.  İn  this  article  statistical 
informations are given with tables and the helping of them, there were doing the analisis. At that 
time  the  main  aim  of  this  work  to  give  general  information  of  Thesıs  are  written  in  Turkey, 
which  are  contains  statistical  informaions  of  Kazakhs.  İn  Turkey  there  are  many  social  sience 
enstitutions which are done researches and thesis works. The development of social sciences are 
the development of humanity. Nowadays the operating social sience enstitutions and academics 
are  created  new  themes.  İn  this  article  is  researched  the  thesis’  fields.  There  are  many  PHD 
Thesises and researches on the studiyes which are Turkish Language and Literature, Sociology, 
International  Relations,  History,  Radio-Television,  Anthropology,  Economics,  Folklore,  Public 
Administration,  Communication  Sciences,  Business,  Linguistics,  Banking,  Economics,  Law, 
Political  Science,  Religion,  History,  Education.  At  that  time  there  were  found  many 
comprehensive thesis. There were noted on the tables, the thesis’s numbers which are registrated 
by  Higher  Education  İnstitution  of  Turkey.  By  this  numbers  everyone  who  is  interested  in 
thesises can be look at the website. İn order to help to development of social sience we have to 
note the researches  which are made till this days.  İn Turkey are working with  the mistakes of 
making researches on the same themes. İn this article is trying to research the PHD Thesis which 
are  releated  with  Kazakhs.  Especially  it  wil  be  considered  that  this  work  can  be  helped  to 
academic studyies in future.

Science learning is from the cradle to the grave. There is learning in human nature. İn the 
dictionary  the  meaning  of  the  science  is  so:  "to  grasp  the  truth  and  understand  the  nature  of  a 
thing."[1].  
Wonder  and  discovery  of  the  human  sense  are  begin  from  a  child.  People  are  actually 
shaping the world as the same time are shaping its own world. Discover the new needs, add new 
things to the social sciences every day this means that improve the human knowledge.  
At  the  Institute  for  Social  Sciences,    at  the  Universities  in  many  countries,  there  were 
made thousands of theses ande being written by the mind of the human, the fields such as health, 
banking,  history,  language,  philosophy,  which  hundreds  of  scientific  field  there  are  not  wtitten 
till. 
The meanin of the thesis in the Turkish dictionary give as the name, logic, the first mean 
of the word is name, the second meaning is explained such as which the students ande teacher of 
universities  are  defense  the  scientific  work  in  front  of  the  exam  board.    According  to  the 
dictionary the word's root came froms French thes [2]. 
Nowadays, it is a very difficult to analyze the complex nature of the social and economic 
events as numerically day by day. Thats why in social life there are creatd new problems and in 
order to solve this problems it needs ro make new researches [3].

Modern  science  from  the  beginning  has  remained  under  the  domination  of  positivist 
paradigm  for  a  long  time.  Although  alternative  approaches’  roots  of  positivist  epistemology  is 
being extended to old, there is influence of them on the methodology of modern science. We can 
talk not only of the social sciences, at that time it can be talked that the positivist epistemology is 
also criticised in natural sciences and which alternative approach put forward of a paradigmatic 
transformation [4].  
Scientific  research  is  a  systematic  method  to  obtain  information.  There  are  different 
approaches and methods on working scientific research.  The word "paradigm" from Greek very 
simply, it means how we see the world, we understand the determines are described as a model 
or  conceptual  framework.  In  other  words,  a  paradigm  means  such  as  the  view  of  point  or 
understanding of concepts [5].  
Why we need to learn and how this needs is created? Positivist paradigm that emerges as 
the name terminological  clarification. Basically everything in our life determines all our needs.  
This  article  is  important  in  order  to  give  posibilities  to  effective  and  efficient  scientific  works 
which are making in  our country. And to  give the  general  information of scientific orks  which 
are made in Turkey about Kazakhs. 
Nowadays  in  the  era  of  globalization,  it  has  been  rapid  change  in  every  fields  of  social 
life. Not only social organization have to keep up with the globalization, and new professions are 
also [6]. 
The scientific articles are transferred to  the  electronic media is  rapidly at libraries,    and 
this change is reflected in the scientific field.  İn Turkey there are more clasic and actual PHD 
thesises  about  Kazakhs.  Especially  the  development  of  relationship  between  Kazakhstan  and 
Turkey  after  independence  of  Kazakhstan  is  given  posibilities  speed  of  scientific  works.  But 
some scientific Works in Turkey is not given permission.

Gurbuz, Hayriye Kahveci, Chong Jin Oh, Ayshegul Aydıngun Baydar, Mustafa Shen. Totally there 
are 64 thesises, 57 of them  are in  Turkish,  7 of them  are in  İnglish.  İn this  article it is  noted only

studiyes  which  are  Turkish  Language  and  Literature,  Sociology,  International  Relations,  History, 
Radio-Television,  Anthropology,  Economics,  Folklore,  Public  Administration,  Communication 
Sciences,  Business,  Linguistics,  Banking,  Economics,  Law,  Political  Science,  Religion,  History, 
Education. 
23 thesises of them are made by citizen of Kazakhstan, 40 thesises are by the citizen of Turkey.  But 
1 of them are made by the academic eastern country.
