The article presents a study on the problem of improving education management through the
implementation of corporate governance and the preparation of future teachers for corporate governance in the
education system. The purpose of the article is to analyze and substantiate the role of corporate governance in the
education system. The authors reveal the essence of corporate governance as an important part of the education
system, and also generalize the content of the Standard curriculum and the Standard academic programin terms of
preparing future teachers for corporate governance in the education system. The authors come to the conclusion
that insufficient coverage of the problem of corporate governance in the education system in the research
literature, this problem more considered in the field of economics. They also point to the need to train future
teachers for corporate governance in the education system.
