U.D. Abdullina From the cultural policy of France Positive intervention in the sphere of culture and permanent concern of the
French state on its preservation, protection and development fostered a strong cultural
identity of the French as nation, the special identity of the French people and,
ultimately, led to the independence, originality, and the characteristic nuances of
internal and foreign policy of France. These qualities of French politics are especially
important today, in time of world globalization.

culture to exist, to create and develop, for our country it is of interest to explore this
experience as an example in terms of the spiritual life of the Kazakh society and
national identity in Kazakhstan.
