The course covers the main lines of the historical movement to the
modern world, explains how different epochs associated with modernity
as a historical heritage of the East and the West is living in the present
day. Shows the history of a "human face", without which the modern
view on it is impossible. Characterizes the main "world view" type of
mentality in different historical periods, shows the interaction of man and
society in their different ways: in the sphere of power, political and social
processes, economy, daily life, etc. Examines the contribution of
different peoples and civilizations in the world's cultural heritage .

must
know: the contents of the main eras and civilizations in human
history, to be able to assess their place in the historical process, and
major achievements included in the treasury of world history and
culture, to understand the relationship and the conditionality of
historical events, the specifics of the different forms of historical and

able to determine the position and the motives of the participants in

European civilization. Introduces new sources, the latest trends in the
study of the history of the Huns, the problem of the history of the Huns in
the Kazakh historiography, material culture of the Huns in the light of
new archaeological data. Also considering the everyday life of the Huns
in the light of the written sources and archaeological data, the image of
the rulers of the Huns from contemporaries to the present day, the art of
war and weapons of the Huns.
