Ormanova – Master MKTU name H.A.Yasavï In this article psychology and pedagogical conditions of formation of acme - creative competence of future teacher of Russian and literature are considered. Success of improvement of system of formation of acme - creative competence of future teacher of Russian and literature of a considerable measure depends on application of system approach to the analysis of her functioning. It consists of the content of training, manuals, means, organizational forms, methods, activity of pedagogical shots and trained. In this context a prime task in modern conditions is formation of acme - creative competence as one of the purposes of professional pedagogical training of future teacher.
