Our Community Coach position is part of our Integrated Employment Community Based Support (IECBS) program. Our Community Coaches spend their days with our program participants out in the community, teaching them life skills, documenting, assessing progress and goals of participants, allowing for volunteer opportunities, and giving the participants every opportunity to grow as individuals.
Currently, Anthesis is looking for some self-motivated, caring, energetic and experienced individuals to join our growing team in Ontario, CA!
The position is Full-Time, and offers generous benefits (medical, dental, 401k, sick time, paid holidays etc.) The position does require the use of the staff member’s own vehicle. Therefore, miles will be reimbursed at the current IRS rate.

Qualifications/Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; Associate of Arts Degree in a social science or related field preferred but not required. Sufficient experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities is required for carrying out the major responsibilities of this position; however, any combination of education and/or job-related experience will be considered.

Important note: Interested candidates must have a valid/current CA DL, current vehicle insurance and registration, three (3) years of driving experience with an insurable driving record and a reliable vehicle that can carry up to 4 passengers. When personal vehicle is used for the transportation of program participants, mileage will be reimbursed at current IRS rate.
