Annotation: This article discusses the activities of the language as a means of communication. We are
talking about communicative features and types of speech. Currently, special attention is paid to the issues of
communicative language teaching. The new technology of language teaching involves mastering the
communicative-cognitive activity of the language, taking into account communicative activity.
Most importantly, the main thing in a person’s life is another person. Around those other people, the human
world is forming. Communication with other people is the core of human life. It is known that any person cannot
live without communication with others. The formation of relations is influenced by communication, mutual
understanding between people. Therefore, this article discusses the issues of language communication and
language communicative competence.
Particular attention is paid to the role of oral speech in achieving communicative goals in teaching the
Kazakh language. Because through oral speech people understand each other, express, prove their thoughts. They
also express their emotions to the voiced, heard message. In the article, these problems are considered from the
point of view of language communication.
