Performing a psychological and pedagogical analysis of the problem of increasing students' creativity with the help of outside the class work Annotation Extracurricular work deepens and expands the knowledge students have acquired in class,
increases their interest in the subject. A student who gets acquainted with this or that
phenomenon in a club class, conference or party will try to understand its essence more deeply,
will be eager to read additional literature. We believe that extracurricular activities help the
teacher to better understand the individual abilities of his students, to identify among them
talented students who are interested in physics, and to provide comprehensive guidance for the
development of this interest. Extracurricular activities are not related to the compulsory program,
they are organized and conducted taking into account the needs of students. When organizing
extracurricular activities, it is necessary to use the time of the teacher and students wisely, so it is
very important to plan all extracurricular activities before the beginning of the school year. Such
a plan should be made according to the wishes and inclinations of the students and taking into
account the general school annual plan. WE believe that when analyzing the educational tasks of
extracurricular work in physics, it is necessary to be guided by the principle of the unity of the
goals of the lesson and extracurricular work conducted with schoolchildren. In the process of
teaching physics in general secondary schools, students should learn the fundamentals of
physical science deeply and firmly in accordance with the current requirements of social and
scientific-technical progress. Pupils should be educated to continuously improve their
knowledge, supplement it independently and be able to apply it in practice. These tasks cannot
be fully solved only in the physics class. Most of them require the use of work forms and
methods that do not correspond to the curriculum.
