Ways to effectively use critical thinking methods in mathematics lessons
Annotation
In the article, one of the necessary skills of the 21st century, critical thinking and task
solving, is given special attention to the issue of modern technologies and methodologies. In
addition, the main attention is paid to improving the mathematical literacy of students. For
example, the methods of teaching students to make well-founded mathematical judgments, to
find effective ways of solving problems, to connect with life, to freely use mathematical
knowledge in solving various problems encountered in life situations are considered.
