В статье отмечено, что за последние годы сделаны значительные шаги по обновлению системы обра- зования. Показано, что осуществлены разработка и внедрение Государственных общеобязательных стандартов образования, внедрено вариативное образование, начата работа по разработке критериев оценки качества образования, внедрена трехступенчатая модель высшего образования на основе кре- дитной технологии. In recent years, significant steps have been taken to up- grade the education system. So, executed the development and implementation of the state compulsory educa- tion standards, the introduction of diversified education, work began on the development of criteria for evaluat- ing the quality of education. But the results do not provide full development of human capital. Transforming to the 12 year education will be the important news in the scientific and educational sphere. Kazakh secondary school in recent years significantly changed. Made major steps to support the upgrading of the education system, including the development and implementation of the state compulsory education standards, the introduction of a three-stage model of higher education on the basis of the credit technology, the introduction of diversified educa- tion, work has begun on the development of criteria for assessing the quality of education.
