Annotation. In modern psychology of conflict, at the moment it is impossible to single out a generally accepted understanding of
the essence and nature of interpersonal conflicts. In any social structure in which interpersonal
relationships can be found,
interpersonal conflicts will be noted. In society, a complex system of relations is formed between people - social and psychological.
In the educational environment, interpersonal conflicts often arise among adolescents. Interpersonal conflicts in the class team, which
are of a protracted, destructive nature, can lead to a deterioration in the psychological
well-being of students, create a tense and
negative environment, cause a feeling of
dissatisfaction with learning, and a decrease in academic performance. The causes of
interpersonal conflicts in the class team are misunderstandings caused by misunderstanding of each other by older students,
interpersonal incompatibility,
mismatch of social attitudes, value orientations, interests, motives, characters, temperaments,
psychophysical reactions and individual psychological characteristics. All this negatively affects the effectiveness of the development
of the school curriculum. Psychologists need to study interpersonal conflicts in the educational environment, find out their causes,
conditions and factors influencing their occurrence, develop methods and methods for organizing the prevention of destructive
conflicts in the interpersonal relations of schoolchildren. The formation of the socio-psychological climate of the class occurs under
the influence of the individual and personal characteristics of older students, which contributes or hinders the formation of a spirit of
community in the group. The individual and personal characteristics of students determine the role, status and leadership processes in
the group of high school students. Purpose of the study: to determine effective methods of psychological and pedagogical prevention
of destructive strategies of conflict behavior of adolescents in an educational organization. Research methods: method of theoretical
analysis and systematization of scientific ideas, testing, survey, pedagogical experiment, analysis of results. The
main conclusions
and their significance: the system of prevention of destructive conflicts in interpersonal relations of adolescents will be most effective
if the teacher-psychologist owns modern methods and technologies in the field of conflictology, uses various forms of work and
interaction with students in the framework of the prevention of destructive conflicts in interpersonal relations of adolescents. On the
basis
of the study, practical recommendations were developed for organizing the activities of a teacher-psychologist to prevent
destructive conflicts in interpersonal relations of adolescents. When they are implemented, it will be possible to increase the level of
cohesion and improve the psychological climate of the team of schoolchildren in the process of correcting the conflict behavior of
adolescents.
