professor, nalbytova@mail.ru Elementary school: present and future The problem of the development of functional literacy of students in accordance with the updated content of
education programs. A brief overview of the specific objectives of each stage of primary education netemlemoy part of
the education system of Kazakhstan. Since it is necessary to recognize that the modern national primary school in the
education system has its own history and achievements. To date, the state requires orientation of education in primary
schools on the result. In this regard, the article examines the result of the development of functional literacy
obuchajushche focused on practice and social adatatsiyu, based on the main subject and competence; outlines laid down
in the national plan of goals and objectives, determine the program of functional literacy of students PISA; goals and
objectives of functional literacy, which puts the state on the updated content of education programs that reflect
effectiveness 6,7-10 year olds. That is, the state requires that primary education contributes to, but the main burden falls
on the primary school students. In this connection, it offered the necessary guidance to take account of the achievements
of learning outcomes.
