The development of new communication strategy in aspect of studying, preservation and popularization of non-
material values of the kazakh people
In article is considered the role of humanitarian technologies in formation of intellectual society in Kazakhstan.
Authors investigate an integrative role of communication strategy in formation of spiritually – moral values of society
of Kazakhstan. It is noted that development of mechanisms of realization of communication strategy within the state
information policy of Kazakhstan is pledge of further modernization of political and humanitarian communication
processes. The results of scientific research given in the article prove that effective realization of humanitarian
communication via channels of mass information proves relationship of the state and society, its difficult and many-
sided system activity.
