General characteristics of the research. In the formation of the Kazakh literary science a special place is given to the literary polemics of the 1920s. Critics of that time did not only give a literary estimation to new works but also subjected all the directions and perspectives of the further development of literature to a comprehensive discussion from the point of view of the requirements of the time. In this concern the present dissertation work is designed at the comparative research and explanation of the influence of literary polemics and critical thought of the 1920s on the development of the Kazakh literature as a whole.
