Summary. The modernization of the educational system of training provides for the introduction of
new learning technologies in the practice of work. The article deals with the development of a system of
multi-level tasks in the disciplines according to the taxonomy of learning objectives. Currently, the main
task of the development of higher education in Kazakhstan is to improve the quality of training, introduce
active forms of training and timely integration into the world educational space.
